We have for sale a Stunning Pair Of Georgian Rose Cut Diamond & Emerald Earrings Circa 1800s. The earrings consist of two pear shaped emerald gemstones which each measures 14mm by 12mm and weighs approximately 3ct but spreads more like 5/6ct. Each emerald gemstone has been set in a cut down high karat gold setting. The colour of the emeralds is second to none and are most likely to be natural Colombian emeralds. Surrounding the centre emerald is cluster of bright white rose cut diamonds that have all been set in cut down silver settings and weigh in total approximately 4ct. The reverse of the earrings tests as 15ct yellow gold. The earrings have gold wire hook fittings that also tests as 15ct yellow gold. The overall dimensions of the earrings are 53mm by 23mm. The earrings also come in a fitted Mappin & Webb Box. The earrings are in excellent condition with no visible damage and look truly stunning when worn.
